Have you tried Support Notes for troubleshooting when you have problems with your software?
Support Notes is what we call our knowledge base articles, FAQs or how-to articles. We have Support Notes for all your most common questions. You can see at a glance what our most popular articles are at the moment, or search for your specific problem.
If you get overwhelmed by the amount of results from your search, try using the advanced search options to select your product. You can also limit the results to a certain category, such as BAS or installation.
You can access Support Notes at myob.com.au/supportnotes. Adrian gives you a few tips how to get the most from the resource in the video below.
We’re currently looking at how Support Notes can be even easier for you to use, as well as even more comprehensive. If you have any suggestions, I encourage you to let me know and I can pass them onto Adrian and the rest of our Support Notes team.
One option we are considering is integrating Support Notes here on the Community Forum. This could include allowing the community to author their own Support Note articles, and/or suggest to our Support Notes writers to use the content of a forum post for a new article.
