Hi Ma,
Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately you would need to be sign into Windows as an Administrator to install the update. When you upgrade it will simply overwrite your company file in your library location. By default your library will be C:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\My AccountRight Files\
In regards to not being able to see the download through http://my.myob.com.au, I have signed into your account and can see the download available. You can access the download when you are signed in throught My Products >> Downloads and select your Bookkeeper reference software.
