Hi Ferlacon,
Thanks for the update. As your services aren't starting and changing the security setting hasn't helped, this points towards the library files in the server folder not being updated. To fix this you will need to remove the AccountRight services, delete the servers folder and then peform a repair installation of your AccountRight 2013.
