Hi Ma, I'm sorry for the confusion about what the difficulty you were having with your installs was related to.
The installation of AccountRight is something were always taking on feedback for when it is provided to make it easier for all of our users to install, I am sorry to hear that there are still issues with applying updates onto some systems, such as yours.
