Are you kidding? I swear upon everything that is sacred that I have NEVER experienced such a frustrating experience as the online version of MYOB. Lets get to the latest experience of total timewasting.
Upgrade to the latest version of MYOB Account right Plus 2013.4 . Within the upgrade process it states would you like to delete the previous version - "RECOMMENDED". (NOT A VERY GOOD IDEA!!) - the first thing it tells you after you have upgraded the program is "To use this company file with Account RIght Plus 2013.4 you need to upgrade it. To upgrade the file , check it in using Account RIght 2013.2 and then open it using the new account right version" Some one has a VERY sick sense of humor. Thanks MYOB - I am now dead in the water.
Some of us are busy, we like to spend our time producing accounts, not resolving issue after issue after issue.
