How on earth do you get any help from MYOB. Live chat has heaps of people waiting (38 at the last log in), with a min 30minute wait per user. The phone help line is closed....seriously.....not very helpful at all considering what you charge to be a user!
Trying to do the compliance update and when you click on the update now button it just loops back to the log in screen. Need to do a payrun, and apparently need to do the update beforehand, but it doesn't work and help is pretty much non existent.
