Hi YvonneT,
When you say "loops back to the log in screen", is this after you sucessfully complete the installation steps (you get the install window, etc)?
If so, can I get you to go to Start > Programs menu and look for AccountRight v2013.3 (this is the latest version). It could be that you're reopening the 2013.2 version which is then asking you to update again. A similar instance of this was noted earlier in this post.
