Hi all,
Many thanks for the feedback. Our Partners often need to have multiple versions of the software installed, but we have seen a number of clients who after upgrading to the new version of the software have inadvertently been opening the older version using an old shortcut, an old icon or an old link on their taskbar. I've asked our product development team to look at offering an uninstall option and perhaps also a clean-up tool that removes old shortcuts.
