Thanks for the feedback, AccountRight 2014.3 wasn't aimed at fixing the importing on data and the duplication of it, this is still outstanding with the 2014.3 version and the program developers are still investigating for future releases of the program. You are welcome to continue to use 2014.1 if you do wish to import data without the duplication of data.
