Hi Kimberley, I'm very sorry for the delay in responding to your post. With reference to your concerns about the restrictions to emailing scanned documents for the InTray function, we can certainly see the benefits in being able to email documents from one email address to multiple files. Our developers are therefore working on this and we hope to allow this flexibility in a future update. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
As for the updates, we aim to include a combination of new features, workflow improvements and issue fixes in each of these. Therefore while you may find that some reported issues are yet to be resolved, there are others that are. Having said that I have passed on your feedback to the team.
