Thank you for your post. I'm sorry you had trouble installing AccountRight 2015.2 in order to access your client's file. I'm also sorry for the trouble you had with reaching us.
As you're read we temporarily removed the installers from my.MYOB due to an issue that was identified. This has since been resolved and an updated version is now available from my.MYOB.
