Product update is part of the subscription benefits. The only account I could find on record that's associated with your email address currently doesn't have an active subscription, therefore you are not entitled to AccountRight 2015.2.
If you do have an active support with us, could you please private message me your serial number, which can be obtained via Setup > Company Information, I'm happy to assist further.
