I've downloaded & installed this new version on both my PC & laptop, however I cannot open my online file in AccountRight 2015.2 on either machine. It opens fine in 2015.1.
In past updates, I just have to open the file in the new version and it asks me if I want to update the file. I'm not even getting to this point - it just has the circle with the dots showing that it's working, but never goes any further than that.
I was looking forward to using the new version as I have to pay super to an SMSF and this update supposedly includes that functionality. Would be nice if I could see it for myself.
Anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be?
