Hi,
Been on the phone for nealy 45 minutes today on hold - listening to nice music, but it hasn't helped me.
On one of my PCs I was prompted to update to 2015.3 which I installed.Now when I go to login on my other PC it doesn't prompt me and I can't access my file. The difficulty being, this laptop is my counter customer interface - so this afternoon has been very frustrating.
This happened last time and I was walked through my.myob. I looked there this time but there is no version for 2015.3 only 2015.2. I have rung now at 7.55pm hoping that I could talk with someone.
So am reverting to this media.
