As the compliance update is made available to clients in staggered releases (e.g. provided to groups of clients in segments), it may have been the case that it had simply not been made available to you at the time. You should now be able to obtain the installer link from your my.MYOB.
For your convenience, I have also sent you a private message containing the download link to v2015.3.
