The upgrade server looks at the serial number and your account on our end, then it will show the upgrade if that serial number is linked to an active support agreement. I have had a look at your account using the information from your forum login and there is only an expired test drive linked to that email address.
Can you please private message me your serial number (Setup>>Company Information) and I can email you the download link if you have active support?
