Please check the AccountRight version you're opening your file with (open the file, then go to the Help menu > About).
If it's 2016.3, click the Upgrade button again to update to 2017.1. If you're unable to update this way, download the installer from myob.com/download and double-click the file to install it. And remember to use the new 2017.1 desktop/Start icon to open your company file.
