"As Microsoft is no longer supporting some of the backend technology (SQL Server CE 3.5) that AccountRight uses, we needed to make changes " .... Please explain! I see on the Microsoft web site that they released Service Pack 2 on April 22 this year - hardly amounts to no support for SQL Server Compact 3.5!
