This is a very poor situation Myob - it is month end and we can't access our file.
All our office staff are sitting twiddling their thumbs and we have to pay for that.
Myob should be paying our staff today, it is not our fault that they can't work - its Myob's fault.
I notice that no one's queries/comments are being responded to, so in addition to the outage, and no file access, Myob are not giving any updates as to when we can use the service that we pay for.
Very very frustrated right about now Myob.
