Resolved - MYOB Business and AccountRight outage
Update - 03/09/2023 - 11.30 AM AEST
 
We are pleased to advise that the service has now been restored following the recent Microsoft Azure outage. Essentials, AccountRight Live and MYOB Business are operating as normal.
 
MYOB and Microsoft will continue to closely monitor our systems in the coming days.
 
We apologize for the inconvenience caused as a result of this outage and thank you for your patience as we’ve worked to resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your patience as we worked with Microsoft to resolve this issue.Whilst the services are restored ,your scenario could be potentially linked to performance delays.

    Could I please request you to search for transaction via Banking ->Find transactions to make sure the spend money transaction is recorded ;Or possibly selected and listed under the reconciliation window.

    If you are experiencing any other performance issues,do let us know.

  • I don't think this is fixed either.  I am trying to reconcile an account and when I have entered spend  money and go back to reconciling it isn't there.

    Is this still down?

  • We are also having issues now in AE accessing client accounting for AE ledger clients.

  • We are also having issues now in AO accessing client accounting for AO ledger clients. cashbook.myob.co.nz is stuck on a loading screen.

  • I work for an MSP that supports multiple Accounting clients

     

    We are seeing the same issues across the board also for both AO and AE

  • Hi Nano, yes I think so. We're using MYOB AE Ledger for Client Accounting and per the error we received, it seems to be down. 

     

  • Is cashbook/ AO ldger still down? Having troubles accessing.

    I don't think this is fixed yet. Our team just now got an error when trying to open a client file in Client Accounting.
