Sorry to revive an old thread, but if speed issues have been a thing for 18 months, i am VERY WORRIED!
PLEASE tell us, if this isn't going to be fixed in the next few weeks so i can either roll back to V19 and re-enter all our transactions from the last few days, or roll AWAY to a different application.
PLEASE be honest and up front with customers. It is unethical to string people along saying it will be fixed just to stop them going elsewhere. MYOB sucked already and this 2014 was meant ot be the saviour. I personally have been stringed along dince V19 was released with promises of a new improved SQL database version that will FIX EVERYTHING. here we are, finally, MANY YEARS LATER, and it is WORSE!
