Hi Sue,
I have checked your account and you're definitely registered for v2013. It will not appear in your list if you're already running the latest version of AccountRight or if you have not registered for updates for this software yet.
What I would suggest if you're having trouble with the download would be to go to my.myob and log in using your forum login information. There will be an option under the 'My Products' tab called 'Downloads' which will also allow you to download the 2013 update.
