Changes to Support for AU Payroll only customers

Products: MYOB Business Payroll, MYOB Essentials Payroll Only (Original and Newer platform)
We’ve making some changes to how our Australian Payroll only customers access support. We’ve listened to our customer’s feedback and are focusing our efforts on providing digital-first support.
This means that from 1st February 2023 Australian Payroll only products will be supported by digital only channels. These channels have been built to better meet your Payroll support needs, without needing to call in to MYOB.
What does this mean?
Support for Australian Payroll only products will be available via MYOB’s digital support channels:
- Right here on the MYOB Community Form
- Payroll Hub – for step-by-step guides and virtual assistance MOCA
- Online Chat Support
- MYOB Academy for detailed tutorials
As a result, this means that phone support will no longer be supporting Australian Payroll only products.
Please note: This does only impact Australia Payroll only customers.
