Just adding my vote to this - if this is compulsory security requirement then at least give the users some control and allow either -
- To turn it on and set what time frame would work for us
- To be able to disable it.
Another helpful and time saving would be able to have the login remember the email address, when you have a long address, this is a pain and just doesn't start the day of well, on my Xero login, I click on Xero and email is loaded so just need password and away we go. MYOB, email, password and then 2FA - ahhhh, especially when you get logged out by the system crashing.

Hi LAP-BP , unfortunately, if it is compulsory, then giving customers the ability to disable it would allow for people to not adhere to something that is compulsory.
I also want to confirm that for the inactivity timeout, the email will be remembered and does not have to be re-typed.- 7 hours ago
Yes - I guess I was hoping it would not be compulsory - and an option for the user to choose if they want this security feature (being polite here :). Re remembering email when timed-out is ok, but again why not allow user option to turn this additional security on if they want it and what period of inactivity before it kicks in, they want to have - like MS screen saver option.
