Are you using AccountRight 2011 or 2012? If so, have you updated your software to version 2012.9?
We are encouraging all clients to download the update as soon as possible as it contains many important improvements and enhancements, including faster performance and easier data entry.

I’d also like to remind AccountRight users that they need to download an update to ensure compatibility with Windows 8. Please see the post Windows 8 updates now available for more information.
Last week I mentioned that we’ll soon be unveiling some minor cosmetic changes to the forum. The roll-out of the changes got delayed because our forum partner Lithium was enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday over in the US. You should see the changes next week. We’re bringing the forum in line with our new-look website and hope you like the changes. As always, please let me know if you have any suggestions about how we can further improve the forum and ensure it makes business life easier for you.
It was another busy week on the forum, with over 250 new members joining the community and over 680 posts, including 200 from MYOB staff. A big welcome to all those community members that have recently joined us.
