2012 was a huge year for MYOB.
Highlights of the past 12 months included the launch of AccountRight Live, the move to offering support 24 hours a day and seven days per week, the ongoing growth of the LiveAccounts platform, and the success of the GetOnline campaign which has now assisted nearly 50,000 businesses in Australia and New Zealand to build a website using our Atlas platform.
We also provided free training for thousands of accountants, provided an opportunity to invest in the MYOB business, and redeveloped both our website and this Community Forum.
During 2012 we were also thrilled to donate both our time and $20,000 to Raise Foundation, win a coveted Transformation Award from Human Synergistics for cultural change, and have it recognised that MYOB is a great place to work.
Naturally it was also a very big year on the MYOB Community Forum, which continues to grow and thrive as a place where you can ask questions, share information, and learn from each other.
Over half a million unique visitors accessed over 3 million pages on the Community Forum in 2012. Over 32,500 posts were made and we welcomed over 15,000 new registrations.
We really value and appreciate the contribution that everyone makes to the ongoing success of this community, particularly those that so generously share their time, knowledge, expertise and wisdom to assist others.
One of the ways in which you can thank others who post useful information on the forum is by awarding Kudos. During the year over 7500 Kudos points were awarded, and nearly 1800 posts were marked as Accepted Solutions.
A special huge thank you to our top contributors for 2012 - Clive, Mike_James, Julie_A_C, Tazinx, jenniek, JenPerram, Geoff_, ronatbas, Marilyn, Murray_McKenzie and Julia_Berkhout. These dozen contributors made an astonishing 5000 posts throughout the year, including over 780 posts marked as Accepted Solutions. They were also deservedly awarded over 2700 Kudos points.
The Community Forum will of course remain open over the festive season and members of our team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
For more information about contacting us over the next two weeks (including a couple of short breaks to our usual 24/7 phone and live chat support) please see my post about Support over the festive season.
All the team at MYOB wish you a very happy and safe festive season, and all the very best for a successful 2013.
