βœ… FIXED - Can't sign in on Android? We're looking into it!

βœ… Update - 9:00am AEST

Hey Solmates! πŸ‘‹ We've been able to confirm that last night's update in the Google Play Store has resolved the issue with being unable to access the Solo app on Android devices.

 

As with last night's update to this post, you'll need to update your Solo app, and then have a go at logging in. 

 

We'll also have a very keen eye on any follow up issues, so if you notice the same error occurring (or different ones!), please sing out to us via MoreDigital assistant in the Solo app and we'll rally around to help out πŸ™Œ

We've received a number of reports over the weekend that many of you are encountering troubles signing in on Android devices, and we're working hard to get to the bottom of things as soon as we can. 

What's going on

Upon opening Solo on an Android device, you may receive a message (seen in the below screenshot) preventing you from going any further. 

 

What we're doing

We're looping in our teammates who develop Solo, taking a deeper look under the hood to make sure we can get to the source of where this is stemming from, what caused it, and where we go next from here. In the meantime, you'll see us Community Leads reaching out to proactively troubleshoot and learn more from examples where this has occurred.
