We’re seeing a few cases where customers are hitting an error when trying to connect their Commonwealth Bank (CBA) or BankWest account in Solo. Instead of a successful connection, you might land on a blank screen with an error message.

It looks like the secure handover between CBA and our app isn’t completing properly. Think of it like a digital handshake that didn’t quite stick the landing. It’s not something you did wrong - and it’s not something you can fix on your end either.
