✅ FIXED - Unable to Login? We're On It.

‼️ Update (02:55pm AEST)

Hey Solmates - we're back!

 

Our tech team has confirmed the issue has been smoothed out, and access to Solo is now restored. We have identified no further errors since 02:15pm AEST, however our tech teams will continue to monitor the issue. Impacted users were encountering the following error message: 

 

"We encountered an issue retrieving your data. Please sign out and try again." 

 

If you continue to experience issues or need to get help for Solo, all you need to do is tap More > Digital Assistant in Solo and we'll be on the case.
