βœ… [Resolved] InTray Outage: Issues uploading receipts in Solo

Update - 10:00am AEST

As of 10:00am AEST, this outage has been deemed resolved and our teams are still monitoring for ongoing disruptions or unexpected issues. 

 

You'll now be able to upload expenses into Solo as expected, but in the meantime you are welcome to reach out to us here or in the Solo app (instructions below!) if you encounter any issues capturing expenses ☺️

As of 9:15am AEST, we've received reports of an outage that impacts the InTray system for MYOB products. Think of this like the engine that powers our "Capture expense" button in Solo. 

 

This post is a heads up to let you know that you may notice issues capturing and uploading expenses in Solo - our teams are currently investigating this issue with priority, and we'll keep you updated here in the Community as we have more details. ☺️
