This issue has now been resolved. 🎉
To make sure all pending invoices are processed correctly, we recommend reissuing any unpaid invoices that may have been affected during the outage, yesterday (30/09) and today (01/10) to be safe.
Hot tip: To avoid confusion on your customer’s end, we recommend adding a quick line to the message body like this:
Just re-sending this invoice so you have the updated payment link, no changes have been made to the amount or terms.
