If you tried signing into Solo earlier today, you may have been greeted by an error page instead. Not ideal, we know. Thanks so much for your patience while we wrangled the issue.

 

The good news is that service has now been restored and things should be back to normal.

 

If you're still seeing anything weird, quit and relaunch the Solo app to give it a refresh and try again. And if that doesn't do the trick, let us know by tapping the 'Help logging in' link below the sign in button and using the chat bubble to reach out to the Solo team. We'll jump on it and help get you up and running.
