Hi, I can login on my computer but can’t access my account on the app. After I login just goes to an error page saying to sign out and try again. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, but still get the same error message.
"we've encountered an issue retrieving your data. Please sign out and try again".

If you head back into the app and go to More > Digital Assistant, you can jump straight back into the conversation with her.
