Hey anna-h I’ve done some poking around on our side, and I’d love to get a few extra details from you so we can piece this together. When you get a sec, can you check this for me?
1️⃣ Head to myaccount.myob.com is Solo showing as an active subscription?
2️⃣ Take a quick peek at your bank statement, can you spot a charge from Solo? If so, what date does it show?If there’s no sign of Solo in your account and no charge on your statement, it’s likely something didn’t quite stick during sign-up. No biggie you can try signing up again here: Sign up for MYOB Solo.
