Hey Solmates 🐇
With the Easter & ANZAC long weekends coming up, we wanted to give you a quick heads up on what that means for your payments, bank feeds and support hours.
If you’re trading over the break, here’s the key info.
Payments and connected accounts over Easter & Anzac Day
Because banks and payment providers don’t process transactions on public holidays, you may notice an extra 1–2 business days added to normal processing time.
That can mean:
- Tap to Pay and Online Payments taking a little longer to settle
- Bank transactions appearing in Solo a few days later than you’d usually expect
- Settlements sitting in “pending” until the next business day cycle kicks in
This is a standard public holiday slowdown across the banking system, and things typically move through as soon as normal processing resumes.
If you’re waiting on something specific, it’s worth factoring in the public holidays before escalating. In most cases, it simply needs that next business day to clear.
