When can I install the app and start testing?
You will receive an email from MYOB on the 31st July with instructions for installing the app on your phone and logging in. Everyone on the program will get these instructions on the same day.
What are the milestones that I need to complete?
We will ask you to
- Create and send an invoice
- Record an expense.
Then, let us know what you think!
Look out for in-app prompts for us to get your feedback. If you have more feedback, such as a suggestion for additional features or something is not working for you, go to the help menu in the app to email your feedback to earlyaccesshub@myob.com or add here in the EAP Hub > Feedback area
When do I get my $250 GiftPay card?
If you complete 2 milestones by September 30, we’ll give you a $250 Giftpay card. The Giftpay cards will be sent to you after September 30.
Can I test the app using my real invoices and expenses?
Yes! We'd love you test real data and scenarios for your work and business. Rest assured you will be able to retain access to your data during EAP and extract it afterwards. See below question.
When the Early Access Program ends, can I extract my data?
If you continue to use MYOB at the end of the Early Access period, you’ll retain access to your data. If you chose not to continue using MYOB, you'll have 30 days after the Early Access Program ends to extract your data for no additional charge.
Can I delete TestFlight once I’ve installed the MYOB app? (applicable to iPhone only)
You need to keep both TestFlight and MYOB apps on your phone during the Early Access Program.
