Opening Banking Sign up: Can't see your account?

When you’re linking your bank account to Solo, sometimes the account won’t appear or you’ll hit an error. Don’t stress, it usually comes down to a few simple things.

✨ General requirements

• You need to be 18 or older
• A valid mobile number is required (used for your One-Time Password)
• Online Banking must be set up

👥 Joint accounts

• All account holders must be eligible to share data
• Data sharing must be enabled on the account
