Quick pre-weekend update:
Our dev wizards are hard at work getting a new version of Solo onto the App Store and Play Stores, and we'll let you know the moment it's live!
Thank you for your legendary patience, and in the meantime, check out the instructions below to bypass the error!
What is happening
As of 9:15am AEST, 17 September, we've received reports from a few of you that an error screen pops up when logging in;
How to bypass error
In the meantime, what seems to do the trick is the good old "Turning it off and on again", so if you see this screen please try the following:
- Tap "Sign Out"
- Fully close the app
- Re-open the app
- Sign in using your email and password
If that fails;
- Clear cache and data for the app
- Retry logging in with email and password
Sometimes this process takes a few tries, not ideal we know, so we are working on a fix!
