my.myob is being retired. From now on, My Account will be the single place for you to manage your MYOB account.

Please note: user access is now managed within your MYOB product.

What you can do in My Account

  • Subscriptions – View and manage your subscriptions, including upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, or restarts.
  • Business and contact information – If you’re the primary or billing contact, you can manage your practice details and update contact information.
  • Billing contacts – Assign or update the billing contact for your account.
  • Personal details & security – Manage your name, email, and phone number, and set up or edit two-factor authentication methods.
  • Billing & payments – Access your bills, download statements, and manage your payment profile.
  • Licenses – Manage your AE/AO licenses directly within My Account.
  • Support cases – Log and track your open support cases.
  • Software downloads – Access product downloads when you need them.

    Hi Trevor_Harrison

Thank you for your feedback, this is something that has been mentioned by other Accountants and Bookkeepers who are managing large numbers of files.

We will be making a change to My Account that is going to make this easier, but the change is not searching/sorting as a solution. These options are still something our development team will be considering in future.

What will change however, is that the list of subscriptions presented to you, will only be based on the account you select rather than the user.

So today when you access My Account, and you select an account (CID), when you go to manage subscriptions, this shows you all subscriptions associated with you as a user, regardless of the account you have selected.

Going forward, when you go to manage subscriptions, you will only see subscriptions associated with the account you are viewing. This will mean that you will no longer have 30+ pages of files to scroll through.

  • Hi

Not too sure where to post this.  I certainly do not have any issues with the myaccount.myob.com.au (except one). As an accounting practice that has some 500 MYOB connected ledger / business files moving billing from my.myob is a significant improvement.  My issue is the "Manage Subscription" page of the site.  This page holds a maximum of 15 subscriptions with no option to increase the size of the list. Therefore, I have up to 33 pages to navigate when managing subscriptions.  The biggest issue is that the list is hard wired to sort by some unknown category, that is I have no idea how they are sorted.  There is NO OPTION to sort by account name or global search to narrow the list.  To find the subscription I am after I have to start at the beginning and move through all the subscriptions page by page to find the one I am looking for.  The UI is baffling and very time communing to navigate.

With so many files I am in this area a lot, please add some functionality to improve navigation.

    Options need to include:

    1. Global search
    2. Column sorting
    3. Option to display more rows.

    Thanks

    Hi ABCis

Yes it does apply to the .au domain you have mentioned above
    We have:

    • my.myob.co.nz
    • my.myob.com.au

But this is typically referred to as my.myob or "mydot"

There will be separate communications sent soon for developers. For now the above communication is targeted at practices and the impact on them as a customer group, but please keep an eye on your emails for updates on changes for developers.

    Regards, Mike

  • Hi, I have two questions about this change.

First, does it also apply to my.myob.com.au?

Second, if it does, how will we access our DevAppList? I've checked in myaccount and cannot find a developer tab like we have in my.myob.com.au.
