MYOB Subscription payment
My direct debit failed for my MYOB subscription so I tried to login and pay the invoice but every time I try to pay the invoice it wont process the payment. Absolutely nothing happens when I click process.

Are you logging in as the Administrator/Owner of the file? This could potentially be the issue. If you are already logged in as the Admin/Owner, I’d suggest clearing your browser's cache and history or trying a different browser.
