Downloading MYOB subscription invoice

When I try to view my invoices, I get a message to say the page isn't working as there are too many reloads and to clear cookies.  I have cleared cookies but still get the message.

 

I have seen other queries on this but could not find any response.

    Thanks for the response and the screenshot you've attached. 

     

    Generally, the my.myob.com webpage is only used for invoices that are from an older product. I recommend you try to access the invoices from myaccount.myob.com instead.

      Hi Sai,

       

      Hopefully you can still help me as thie problem hasn't resolved.  Here is a screen shot

       

      I need the monthly myob invoice for audit purposes.
