Changing Plan / Subscription

Hi,

I am using MYOB Accountright Plus - full box and dice, pretty high level plan.

I have now sold my business and want to make some changes.  For example I no longer need payroll as I have no staff anymore.  But I do want to keep some features - ie I have all my 5 years' tax data supplier invoices etc saved on the cloud with MYOB - nice strategy to lock us in there, MYOB!!

I have logged into my account and I cannot find anything that helps me find and switch to a new appropriate plan.  Please help how I do this.

Sorry to use the payroll forum but there was no option for Accountright account / subscription issues that I could see.

Kind Regards,

Ben

  • Hi Sai,

Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately do it yourself didn't actually lead to anything useful (it was where I had already been) but the phone number for sales was useful.

    Thanks,

    Ben

    Hi BenModern,

Big congrats on selling the business. That's a huge milestone! I can see exactly what you mean. You don't need all the bells and whistles like payroll anymore, but still want to hang onto your data (fair call, especially with 5 years' worth in there). If you're the primary contact on your AccountRight subscription, you can change your plan yourself. Here's a link with all the info on how to do that: Managing your MYOB subscription in My Account. You can also reach out to our sales team to take a look at your account and line you up with the right option based on what you still need. I'd recommend jumping onto our support team here: Contact the Sales Team | MYOB.

I've also moved your post to the right board now, so no stress at all about posting in the Payroll forum.

    Regards,

    Sai
