Thanks for the response. Unfortunately do it yourself didn't actually lead to anything useful (it was where I had already been) but the phone number for sales was useful.

Big congrats on selling the business. That's a huge milestone! I can see exactly what you mean. You don't need all the bells and whistles like payroll anymore, but still want to hang onto your data (fair call, especially with 5 years' worth in there). If you're the primary contact on your AccountRight subscription, you can change your plan yourself. Here's a link with all the info on how to do that: Managing your MYOB subscription in My Account. You can also reach out to our sales team to take a look at your account and line you up with the right option based on what you still need.
