Overcharge on new subscription for small Company???

We have one major Company and two small ones using online AccountRight.  I added the 3rd smaller one so it could be online file on the cloud.

The other 2 are billed at $165/month.

 

The new one is $742.50 a month!!! (And it was meant to be discounted for so many months)

Billing Period: 14 May 2026 - 13 Jun 2026     Invoice Number: 3-10000334988

 

I have rung and been on hold for 1 hour per day (too busy for that!) 

I have put in support requests etc and get send a generic email how to look up my invoices in our account etc (I already have that info).

 

I just need to get this sorted as the charge is crazy...

 

Please help!!

    I have spoken with someone today and he assures me that he has taken over the case.  But the case number is 03132687

    Please note we are experiencing a higher volume of requests at the moment so it may take a little longer but I will make sure to keep an eye on it and ensure we get to the bottom of it.

    Did you have any luck?  We have also been overcharged.  Same old generic unhelpful messages from MYOB

  • We also have been overcharged.  I have submitted case support with absolutely no response.   Please let me know if you have had any luck with getting your money refunded.

    I've escalated your case to our Billing & Finance team for further investigation. We are experiencing a higher volume of requests at the moment so it may take a little longer to get back to you but I will make sure to keep an eye on it and ensure it is resolved accordingly.
