Overcharge on new subscription for small Company???

Still not sorted

Finally sorted, my charge was for an annual fee. But the invoice stated for only 1 month.

Myob got back to me that it's for the year so all good now.

I have been waiting for a resolution since April.  They have acknowledged that they are in the wrong but also stated that they were unable to refund due to a glitch in their system that they are working on.  My email is mailto:[email protected].  Happy to speak with you on there.

I believe we have also been overcharged. We have one company file in the cloud but charged $660. How big a problem is this? I submitted a query online a week ago as could not wait 2.5 hours to speak with someone. 3 to 5 working days to expect a reply but noticing others waiting much longer...?

I’ve followed this up with the team that handles this internally so they can review the charge on the new subscription.
