Unable to print and download PDF invoices

Hi,

 

I can save an invoice by clicking save and create.

I cannot print and even download PDF.

This message appeared: "you don't have permission to access this page

       if you need to access this page please contact your administrator"

I am the administrator. I checked the settings and status is "active".

If I will click SMS invoicing, copy link, it will lead me to Secure Invoicing.

We did not register for Secure Invoicing because we rarely email invoices.

We print the invoices and include them with the product they bought.

I can access everything in the dashboard except for invoicing.

Please help...

    Hi Shepai,

     

    Are you using the web browser? I was able to print & download a pdf of the invoices created two days ago but as of yesterday I am getting the same error. I can use the desktop and print & save as a pdf but that's annoying.

      Hi Fiona,

      I am using desktop. I have changed browsers Google or Internet Explorer but still the same issue. I definitely cannot print or even download to PDF. As suggested from a member in the Community, I tried clearing the cache twice, yesterday and this morning. MOCA virtual assistant does not have the choices of my problem, so I emailed support and still waiting for their reply. But if you had experienced the same, then something is wrong with the software. I am really really scared that MYOB will block this printing and download because we did not register for Secure Invoicing. We don't need it because our clients prefer print-out invoices that we include with the products they bought from us. I wasn't able to get a good sleep last night. I can access all the items in the dashboard except for the invoice printing and downloading.

  • I am in the same boat as you Shepai. All signs point to secure invoicing. This has got to borderline unethical from MYOB. Come new financial year, we are out of MYOB. Worst product.

    Thanks for taking the time to raise this, we've reported it to the team who are currently working to resolve this bug where Print/PDF is restricted as well. I will keep you updated as soon as I have more information.

      Just check & yes from the looks of it we are able to do this again thank you so much for getting this fixed as quickly as possible.
