ERROR MESSAGE: when refreshing a report in Statutory Reporter

Hi all,

 

Can someone explain what is causing this error message?

 

 

It occurs every time I click the refresh button when a report is open - or if I modify an account group.  It appears behind the progress bar and you have to move it out to click the [ OK ] button which then closes the report. 

 

Once you re-open the report the details have been refreshed.  This is very time consuming and annoying.

 

When will this be fixed?

    Sorry for the delay in replying to your message in the forum.

     

    It is a known issue and will be fixed the future release. No timeframe at the moment.

     

    Is it happening to all the clients always when you refresh when the reports are open or occasionally?

    If its happening always the workaround would be the close the report and then reopen the report.

      Welcome to the community.

       

      Yes it is happening on all clients.

       

      Your suggested work around does not help very often because any time you insert or remove a page break, the reporter automatically initiates a refresh.  :-(

        Yes when you insert or remove page break this message appears, Hopefully this issue will be fixed in future release.
