Journals with Decimal Points

I have just configured a new client and for some reason I am unable to prepare journal entries with a decimal point. I am only able to prepare journals with whole dollars. How can I change this?

    Hi stevebf

     

    This is a Windows setting which you will need to change.

     

    Click on the start button on the computer and search for Control Panel.

     

    Under this open Region then under Formats click Additional Settings. You will need to ensure Decimal symbol and No of digits after decimal.
