MYOB AO can't open up

Hi,

 

I have two licences of AO Classic, and one of these has been not open up, with the following message. 

 

Can anyone please help?

    This looks like the mapped drive seems to be disconnected.

     

    Please check the network drive if it is connected and you are able to access it.

     

    IT should be able to check connection.
