Partner responsible not showing on client tax return screen and client not showing on partner lists

We have set up new clients in MYOB AO and allocated the partner responsible however when you go to the tax return screen before you go in to the tax return the partner is not showing and also not showing on the e-file list when it is extracted.

 

We have also noticed that these clients are not showing on some of the lists produced such as the list of annual returns due at the companies office as these are filtered by partner.

 

How do we fix this?

    You May need to contact our Technical support team on 0800 94 96 98, as we will need to do some troubleshooting to find out what is causing this.
