Previous clients in AO were PTS. Even under tax tab individual tax type they show as PTS when go to return showing as an IR3. Why is this and how do we change this

Thanks for the question, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum - we hope you find it a great resource!

PTS (Personal Tax Summary) forms are no longer available, and for this tax year onward, are replaced effectively by the IR3 form.

This is why when you create a tax form for this tax year, you will get an IR3 form, instead of the older PTS form.
